New Buildings and Warehouses in Hato Mayor with RD$178 million

In the Hato Mayor Industrial Free Zone, Industry Strengthened with Infrastructure Projects that Boost Investment through a RD$178 million project that includes two new buildings and a warehouse, as well as the rehabilitation of an existing building, administrative offices and common areas. The goal is to convert this complex into a model industrial park, increasing its ability to attract manufacturing companies and strengthening the competitiveness of the sector.

Complete Renovation in San Juan de la Maguana with over RD$159 million

The San Juan de la Maguana Industrial Free Zone receives investments exceeding RD$159 million for the construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure, consolidating five industrial buildings that already house companies such as Tabacalera El Artista, Tabacos del Sur and La Aurora. This intervention is a clear example of how Industry Strengthened with Infrastructure Projects that Boost Investment, generating jobs and dynamizing manufacturing activity in the South region.

Security and Modernization in San Pedro de Macorís

By June 2026, the parks managed by Proindustria registered 23,884 direct jobs, with San Pedro de Macorís leading with 7,322 positions, followed by La Vega, Esperanza, DISDO and Moca.
