The National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) and the Ministry of Justice have signed an inter-institutional collaboration agreement to strengthen the training of public servants. The agreement, signed by the INAP General Director, Gregorio Montero, and the Minister of Justice, Dr. Antoliano Peralta Romero, aims to improve academic training, scientific research, and professional skills development of public servants.

The agreement includes the design and development of academic programs and continuous education, as well as initiatives related to the training programs executed by the Ministry of Justice. The goal is to strengthen the competencies of state servants in the field of public management.

Strengthening Competencies

The agreement also aims to promote the scientific and methodological training of professors, researchers, facilitators, and academic assistants. This will be achieved through initiatives aimed at strengthening their professional capacities.

During the signing ceremony, the INAP head valued the importance of the agreement with the Ministry of Justice to develop training programs for its servants. The Minister of Justice, on the other hand, highlighted the importance of strengthening human resources through training processes.

Joint Academic Activities

The alliance establishes the joint realization of academic activities, including conversations, panels, talks, seminars, congresses, and other related initiatives. In addition, both institutions agreed to develop joint actions aimed at promoting research and dissemination of administrative sciences and public policies.

The INAP General Director announced other training programs that will be jointly imparted by both institutions in the future. These programs include Integral Management of Notarial and Official Services, and Analysis of Associations without Profit (ASFL), both with a three-year validity for their execution.
