· 2 min de lectura

Under the stage name Alison Music, Alison Gómez recorded her first live Christian musical project entitled “Derrama Tu Gloria” (Pour Out Your Glory).

For Gómez, music has become a sanctuary and a medium to praise God during her difficult times.

Transforming her personal adversities into praise, the young Dominican artist’s work not only stands as evidence of her spiritual journey, but also serves as an invitation to hope and faith for those who listen to her.

“It has been a blessing from God to be able to record our first musical work,” Alison stated. Already with five singles on the market, she describes herself as a young woman fervently dedicated to God, His word, service, and ministry, committing to use her gifts and talents to glorify God and transmit hope through her music.

In an interview, Gómez recounted how she has overcome personal challenges, including a tough battle against depression, which led her to focus on cultivating her ministry and worshiping through her songs.

She highlighted the special meaning behind the creation of “Derrama Tu Gloria”, a work that in times of tribulation, particularly during her grandmother’s illness, served as a source of hope and unwavering faith.

“We were desperately looking for a miracle from God, and this song kept us firm along the way. We prayed and worshiped based on what we did not yet see, but confident that the miracle was already in God’s hands,” Alison stated.

The live event to record “Derrama Tu Gloria” is scheduled for September 19, 2024, at the Tabernáculo de Adoración at 7:30 p.m., with free admission but limited seating. Alison extends an invitation to her followers to be part of this momentous occasion, which will also feature the prominent participation of Matty Martínez, Grupo Hope, Neftalí Rojas, Luisa Artiles, Jordan Mateo, Cales Louima, among other guest artists.

For Alison, this album represents not only a collection of musical tracks, but the expression of her faith and the testimony of the comfort found in God. “It will be a live and free event where, together with other worshipers from the Dominican Republic, we will exalt God,” she concluded.
