The young Miluxi López will be the new team sponsor for the Águilas Cibaeñas for the 2025-2026 season, leading a mental health awareness campaign.
López, a psychologist, will carry out an agenda of activities in institutions dedicated to the care of vulnerable children, contributing her knowledge to strengthen care and integral attention spaces.
Daughter of sports commentator Mendy López, who passed away this year, and Xiomara López, Miluxi maintains a close connection with the Águilas Cibaeñas through her family, as her brothers Mendy and Andrés López (Mendito) wore the Águilas Cibaeñas jersey.
In previous seasons, the franchise has had sponsors who have left a mark in social issues, such as María Laura Vásquez Fernández, the first sponsor with Down syndrome, and Dr. Ronnici Diley Sánchez Payano, who worked on COVID-19 eradication during the pandemic.
López will replace María Victoria Bayo Martínez, representative of the 2024-2025 season, and will assume an agenda that will include support for community, social, and educational activities alongside the team.
