According to Brito, the document presented indicates that the strategy does not contemplate lawsuits against all those involved immediately. It is based on Article 14 of the American Convention on Human Rights and Article 49.4 of the Dominican Constitution. In the case of Encarnación, the request demands a correction of a publication from September 1, 2026 on Instagram, which must remain visible for at least three months.

Martínez Brito’s version of Casa de Campo
During his intervention, Brito shared his version of the events that occurred at the Casa de Campo complex that generated controversy on social media. According to the communicator, Yapoort was intercepted by Encarnación upon arrival at the complex accompanied by a friend. The ex-player asked for her phones and received them unlocked.
Brito stated that Yapoort did not travel in the vehicle mentioned and that Encarnación knew she was not there because they had seen each other previously. He also assured that there were no injured people, although shots were fired, with 12 shots and approximately five impacts on the vehicle.
Context of the divorce process
The lawyer revealed that Yapoort initiated legal procedures for a divorce by mutual consent on August 31, before the public controversy. In this process, no money or properties are sought to be reclaimed, but rather to formally close the marriage.
